Parent/Carers Workshop - St Mary MacKillop Friday 14th August 1:45pm-2:15pm As part of our Feast Day celebrations for our Patron Saint, St Mary of the Cross MacKillop we will be holding a parent workshop about Mary MacKillop in our school library on Friday 14th August from 1:45pm - 2:15pm (please arrive at 1:35pm). Everyone is warmly invited to attend this workshop which will conclude in time for our whole school assembly. RSVPs are appreciated for planning purposes.

Nanna's, Poppy's, Grandma & Grandpa's. Aunty's, Uncles, Cousins & Friends.. bring them all along to this very special Feast Day Market Night! There will be market stalls to shop at, food trucks galore and entertainment for the whole family (Did someone say free face painting, balloon twisting & community project arts and crafts?! 😳) See you there 🥳

Kayla R represented St Mary Mackillop Primary at the Equestrian NSW State Interschools Championship during the July school holidays. Kayla was among the top 22 riders in NSW to qualify for the dressage competition and achieved an outstanding overall seventh place in the state. In her one event she finished 3rd out of the 22 and the other 10th position, which then gave her a 7th overall. This was a remarkable result at an elite level of competition, and we are incredibly proud of her.

Next Saturday night we will be celebrating the feast day of St Mary MacKillop. To date, sadly only 4 volunteers from our whole school community have reached out to let the P&F know that they are available to help. Congratulations to Spencer in Year 6!!! During the holidays I got to see Spencer perform in a production of "Stories in the Dark", by Debra Oswald. I was totally amazed at how professional and talented their performance was. I would not have expected that a year 6 student could manage such a complex role and storyline so well. Well done Spencer and thank you for your performance.

🌈👴🏼👵🏼Today our clever kindy students celebrated their 100th Day of Learning! ☀️ 🎉It was a day of fun, filled with a fashion show, future self portraits, 100's & 100's fairy bread and a lunchtime picnic in the sunshine with our families for all to enjoy! 🎉☀️ 📚 We are so proud of our youngest learners and how much they have achieved in 2026 so far 📚 Congratulations to the cutest 100 year olds you will ever see and a very big thank you to our families who came to celebrate with us today!

What a fantastic day at the Stage 3 Touch Football Gala Day! 🏉 Our boys' and girls' teams should be incredibly proud of the way they represented our school. Throughout the day they played with determination, encouraged one another, worked brilliantly as a team and demonstrated outstanding sportsmanship on and off the field. Every player gave their absolute best, showing resilience, respect and a positive attitude in every game. Congratulations to all of our players on a wonderful day of touch football. Student Success! Yesterday, the school received an email with an invitation for Lucas B in Year 5 to attend the Wanderers Pre-Academy Development Program. This intensive 10 week program could potentially see Lucas being selected for the 2027 Wanderers Academy Team. Congratulations to Lucas on this amazing achievement!
