On Tuesday 26th June, the Stage 2 Soccer Gala Day was held at Jamison Park.
We were blessed with fabulous weather and a great day of sport with our school mates. The school wants to thank every student for the sportsmanship displayed on the day and the parents who came to encourage our students.
Lastly, a big thanks to our amazing coaches, Mr Watson, Mr DeGennaro & Mr Radat - thank you for your efforts, we couldn't have done it without you!
Our girls team won 2 games, lost 1 game and drew 4 games. Our boys Gold team won 4 games, lost 1 game and drew 2 games.
Our boys green team won 5 games, lost 1 game and drew 1 game.
Congratulations to all the boys and girls for your efforts!

This morning, our Year 3 students had a beautiful Liturgy of the Word, celebrated by Fr Rojan. The theme of the liturgy, 'God is Always Present in Our Lives,' reflected the learning Year 3 has been exploring this term. Through prayer, scripture and reflection, students shared how God created us in His image, calls us to build loving relationships with Him and one another, and reminds us that the Holy Spirit is always with us to guide and strengthen us. Thank you to Fr Rojan for celebrating with us, and congratulations to our Year 3 students for leading such a meaningful and prayerful liturgy.

Student Success! Yesterday, the school received an email with an invitation for Lucas B in Year 5 to attend the Wanderers Pre-Academy Development Program. This intensive 10 week program could potentially see Lucas being selected for the 2027 Wanderers Academy Team. Congratulations to Lucas on this amazing achievement!

Year 3 have had an amazing day filled with wonder, awe and exploring as we learnt about our Traditional Custodians, the Dharug People and some of our earliest European Settlers. We also learnt about the land, life and times of our local area, from before Early Settlement through to now. We can't wait to become the teachers and teach you all about everything we learnt and discovered today.

On Friday, our school had a Beanie Day to support the Vinnies Winter Appeal. Year 6 led the initiative and collected the donations from the classrooms to be stored in the Library until volunteers from Vinnies collects them. We would like to thank our community for once again being so generous. Our Library benches are overflowing with donations. Thank you for putting your faith into action to help people who are in need this Winter.

Yesterday, Year 4 gathered together with Father Joe to celebrate Mass and reflect on the theme of the Eucharist, the Bread of Life. This theme was especially meaningful as many of our Year 4 students have recently prepared for and received their First Holy Communion. During the Mass, students reflected on the Eucharist as God’s special gift to his people and the beautiful invitation we receive to share in this special meal, a meal of love, faith and connection. It was a wonderful celebration of this important milestone in our students’ faith journey.
