Congratulations to Year 3 student Giuseppe who was named the ‘June All Star’ and future Socceroo at Southlands Shopping Centre.
Giuseppe was recognised for his passion for soccer which he plays soccer pretty much everywhere he can - school, club & representative games. A great role model he has encouraged many of his friends to play too!
Giuseppe is going to use his prize money to help with soccer travel expenses & has also chosen to donate some of his prize money to St Mary MacKillop.
Well done Giuseppe and we just know we will be seeing you in the green & gold one day!

๐๐ด๐ผ๐ต๐ผToday our clever kindy students celebrated their 100th Day of Learning! โ๏ธ ๐It was a day of fun, filled with a fashion show, future self portraits, 100's & 100's fairy bread and a lunchtime picnic in the sunshine with our families for all to enjoy! ๐โ๏ธ ๐ We are so proud of our youngest learners and how much they have achieved in 2026 so far ๐ Congratulations to the cutest 100 year olds you will ever see and a very big thank you to our families who came to celebrate with us today!

What a fantastic day at the Stage 3 Touch Football Gala Day! ๐ Our boys' and girls' teams should be incredibly proud of the way they represented our school. Throughout the day they played with determination, encouraged one another, worked brilliantly as a team and demonstrated outstanding sportsmanship on and off the field. Congratulations to Spencer in Year 6!!! During the holidays I got to see Spencer perform in a production of "Stories in the Dark", by Debra Oswald. I was totally amazed at how professional and talented their performance was. I would not have expected that a year 6 student could manage such a complex role and storyline so well. Well done Spencer and thank you for your performance.

This week, our school community celebrated NAIDOC Week. NAIDOC week is the first week of the holidays. โFifty Years of Deadlyโ (NAIDOC 2026 theme) marks a milestone. Itโs a tribute to the people who built this movement: the Elders who stood firm, the organisers who made space, the artists who turned resistance into expression and the communities who keep showing up, year after year. To celebrate, grades read books, completed artworks, and other activities to learn more about this special celebration. Mr Buchan even organised a special event where we were able to have a Virtual Author Talk with Corey Tutt, who read two of his books with us and shared about his journey as an author.

Reflecting on the theme, โWe are the Church, the people of God,โ the celebration highlighted our call to share the Good News through faith, kindness and service.
