The trials are very competitive and showcase students outstanding abilities in their given sport.
We wish them well as they represent Parramatta over the coming weeks. We also want to acknowledge all students who trialled, they represented St Mary Mackillop proudly.

Today some members of our Faith In Action Team attended Lifted Live Jnr with other FIA students in our Diocese. They learned about their purpose in life, Pentecost and the gifts and fruits of the spirit. They were able to participate through dance, praise and worship songs, discussion, prayer and reflection. A wonderful opportunity for some of our Year 6 leaders to grow in their faith.

Our Year 6 students brought the story of the Resurrection to life today through a moving and thoughtful re-enactment as part of our Holy Week reflections. Through their acting and reverence, they helped our school community reflect on the hope, joy and new life at the heart of Easter. We are so proud of their efforts and the meaningful way they shared this important story.

Holy Week Today we celebrated Holy Week the most important week in the church’s year. Each class re-enacted an event of Holy Week and together we retraced the last week of Jesus’ life on Earth as we followed his footsteps right up to his death on a cross and when his body was placed in a tomb. Our celebration bought the Easter story to life for our students and families. It was a beautiful prayerful and sacred time. We wish everyone a holy and happy Easter.
